Jordan Dental Floss
Sunday, December 2, 2007
Item: Expandable Dental Floss (It's orange color now. They changed the packaging)
Brand: Jordan
Price: RM6.90 (bought in Guardian)
Product Description: "Expand! 2 in 1. Mind floride. Good for wide spaced teeth."

Reason:
I like to smile and it's bloody hard to floss things out from my teeth because my front teeth are wide spaced. It's embarassing.

Ideal floss includes:-
1.) Expandable and cheap.
2.) Easy to use and minty fresh

First Impression:
Hell, rm6.90 is a bit too expensive for a normal floss. I wish there are cheaper ones around. :(

Review:
I carefully slide the floss in between my teeth. It's hard because the floss is originally quite thick. However, the floss absorbs saliva very fast thus expending it. So, wait for 1 second and then floss for best results. The nasty stuff that got stuck in between my teeth went off easily, leaving my teeth minty fresh and CLEAN.

Rating:
10 out of 10. Buy it! It fits the purpose of a good FLOSS. :D

Sunsilk Hair Treatment

Item:
Intensive Treatment
Brand: Sunsilk
Price: RM14.90 (bought in watson)
Product Description: "Damage repair. Repairs hair damage in just 3 days!"

Reason:
Everyone said my hair is nice. But personally, my hair is:-
1.) tangly
2.) dry at the ends
3.) stubborn and a bit on the dry side
4.) i do not want to pay for treatment in saloons because I'm broke.

My ideal treatment in a tub would be:-
1.) nice smelling and affordable
2.) does not cause oily clumps on my hair roots
3.) gentle to my scalp
4.) store back nutrients into my dead hair

First Impression:
When i first opened it, it looked like a whole tub full of..wax. Nice smelling wax to be precise. The texture is a bit more strong but very much similar to the conditioner. It's really easy to apply. Just shampoo your hair, wash off, apply conditioner (in my case i didnt), and then apply the hair treatment for 5 minutes all over ur head. Wash if off and u will instantly notice the difference.

Review:
Yes! It answered to all my criteria for an ideal hair treatment! It smells nice, my hair was lovely and best part: it's free from tangles! YEay. However, that lasted only for 3 days. After the following days...my hair kinda got back to it's own annoying behavior. But anyway, it's really good for an SOS occasion :D.

Rating:
7 out of 10. Good stuff yoh. Worth ur money!

Red Earth Clear Mascara
Monday, February 12, 2007
Item: Clear Mascara
Brand: Red Earth
Price: RM35 (bought in sasa)
Product Description: "This clear mascara is fortified with with ProVitamin B5 to thicken and strengthen weak lashes."

Reason:
I have almost non-existant eyelashes. Also, I have bad, horrible skills in applying mascara as well. I will either:
1) apply mascara on my eyelashes which eventually get smudged all over my eyes due to my clumsiness.
2.) poke my eyes.
3.) I hate hate hate clumps on my eyelashes. It looks disgusting and fake. It's like telling everyone in the world that i OBVIOUSLY used a mascara.

Enough torture with black mascaras..so i switched to clear ones. To me, my personal criteria for an ideal mascara will be:
1.) Waterproof
2.) Long lasting
3.) thick texture (as in i dont like diluted mascara. It's like applying water on my lashes).
4.) In hope to cheat people with my upright eyelashes...hehehe.
5.) lenghens eyelashes at the same time

First Impression:
Bloody thing has no details. God knows what the hell i just bought. I had to ask the sales girl and she said it's waterproof and is a popular choice among women because this mascara gives a very natural effect. Rights, honestly i was very doubtful because i suspected her of bullshitting. So i dont know what had gotten into me, i bought it anyway.

Review:
It's like putting water on my eyes. The texture of the mascara is so diluted. I thought i was cheated and accused the product for being an imitation. First try has no freaking difference. I felt like killing the sales girl. Eventually after 5 applications and the help of an eyelash curler for about like another 5 times *boohoo*, my eyelashes are still upright. My lashes didnt clump. Yeay. The watery-gel texture dried up and it was so lightweight that i forgot that i even used a mascara. Hooray. So i guess if u want upright eyelashes, u need to go through repetitions of applying and curling b4 u decide to leave ur mascara at home.

Rating:
4 out of 10. I'm sure there are better clear mascaras out there.
